We have been renovating and renting property in the Morecambe area for the last 20 years. All our properties are finished to a high standard with the more discerning tenant in mind. Our portfolio is a mixture of residential and commercial business premises. The properties are fully owned by us; we do not rent property on behalf of other Landlords.

All the properties are unfurnished and decorated in neutral tones.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for children or pets. Some more mature DSS claimants may be considered.
